摘要
目的:探讨疼痛护理管理模式对急诊创伤骨科患者疼痛控制和护理满意度的影响。方法:收治急诊创伤骨科患者120例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用疼痛护理管理模式。结果:在观察组,疼痛评分低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊创伤骨科患者运用疼痛护理管理模式,能有效提高护理满意度,降低疼痛度。
Objective:To explore the influence of pain care management model on pain control and satisfaction of patients inemergency trauma department of orthopedics.Methods:120patients in emergency trauma department of orthopedics were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine care,and the observationgroup was given the pain care management model.Results:In the observation group,the pain score was lower than the control group,the satisfaction rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pain care management model inemergency trauma department of orthopedics can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and reduce pain.
