摘要
进行了电渗析法海水淡化副产的浓海水浓缩制备液体盐工程化研究,考察了电压、进水量等因素对溶液中NaCl含量、回收率、产量和能耗的影响。结果表明,在电压190 V、进料体积流量12 m^3/h条件下,溶液中NaCl的质量浓度可达183.2 g/L,回收率42.7%,NaCl产量为175.0 kg/h,电能耗可控制在200 kW·h/t(折算为100%的NaCl)以内。副产的淡盐水水质符合GB 3097-1997的第一类海水标准,若外排对环境无害。
The engineering study on the preparation of aqueous sodium chloride was carried out by concentrated seawater electrodialysis from seawater desalination by-product,the effect of voltage and feeding rate on NaCl content in the solution,recovery rate,yield and energy consumption was investigated.The results showed that when the voltage was 190 V and feeding rate was 12 m^3/h,the mass concentration of NaCl in the solution could reach 183.2 g/L,recovery rate was 42.7%,NaCl yield was 175.0 kg/h and the power consumption was less than 200 kW·h/t(based on 100%NaCl).The diluted brine met the first seawater standard of GB 3097-1997,the discharge of diluted brine is harmless to the environment.
