摘要
为了解决中药取药难的问题,设计了一种气吸式自动取药机构。该机构包括取药机械手和自动供药装置,采用了负压吸附、柔性阻尼等设计方案。提高了作业效率且减少了对配方颗粒袋的损伤,也降低了漏取、多取的概率。通过对试验样机进行作业性能试验,分析了不同取药失败的原因。结果表明:该取药机构结构简单、具有较好的实际应用前景。
In order to solve the problems of difficult to get chinese medicine formula granules,an air-suction automatic drug-taking mechanism is designed.The mechanism includes a drug-taking manipulator and an automatic drug-supplying device.Egative pressure adsorption and flexible damping are adopted to improve the improve the operation efficiency,reduce the damage to the prescription granule bag,and also reduce the probability of leakage and multiple extraction.The results show that the mechanism is simple in structure and has a good application prospect.
