摘要
目的分析出血性脑卒中患者围术期的整体护理效果。方法选取2017-01—2019-09在郑州市第三人民医院接受手术治疗的72例出血性脑卒中患者,随机分为2组,每组36例。对照组实施围术期常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施整体护理。比较2组患者入院时和术后1个月的运动功能评分、日常生活能力和认知功能评分,并对比2组患者或家属对护理工作的满意度。结果2组患者入院时的运动功能评分、日常生活能力和认知功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1个月,2组患者的运动功能评分、日常生活能力和认知功能评分均较住院时显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者或家属对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对出血性脑卒中术后患者,在常规围术期护理的基础上实整体护理,有利于促进患者的功能恢复和治疗效果的提升。
Objective To analyze the overall nursing effect of patients with hemorrhagic stroke during perioperative period.Methods Seventy-two patients with hemorrhagic stroke who underwent surgical treatment in the Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 in each group.The control group was given perioperative routine care,and the observation group was given holistic care on the basis of routine care.Compare the motor function score,daily living ability and cognitive function score of the two groups of patients at admission and 1 month after surgery,and compare the satisfaction of the patients or their families in the two groups with nursing work.Results There was no statistically significant difference in motor function score,daily life ability and cognitive function score between the two groups of patients on admission(P>0.05).At 1 month after surgery,the motor function score,daily living ability and cognitive function scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those during hospitalization,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group or their family members with respect to nursing work was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients after hemorrhagic stroke,implementing holistic nursing on the basis of routine perioperative nursing is helpful to promote the recovery of patients'function and the improvement of treatment effect.
