摘要
从论文的视角对“科技项目-人员-成果(论文)”进行关联,构建要素递进的项目影响力关联评价模型,提出通过项目影响力指数PII和人员贡献度指数PCI对科技项目的整体执行情况进行评估的方法,并选取信息资源管理领域国家自然科学基金结题项目数据进行实证计算,验证该影响力关联评价模型的可行性。
An impact-associated assessment model of elements-progressive projects was established by associating"the scientific and technological projects,their participants and achievements"from the perspective of papers.The method for assessing the whole implementation of scientific and technological projects was proposed based on the project impact index(PII)and the participant contribution index(PCI).The data of the National Natural Science Foundation-supported projects selected from the information resources management field were computed to verify the feasibility of the impact-associated assessment model.
