摘要
目的探讨马来酸麦角新碱联合快速康复外科模式对二次剖宫产术后出血的影响。方法选择2019年1月-12月在本院进行二次剖宫产的孕妇120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用马来酸麦角新碱联合快速康复外科模式治疗,对照组采用缩宫素联合快速康复外科模式治疗,对比两组孕妇产后的出血情况及治疗总有效率。结果试验组孕妇术后的产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量均低于对照组产妇,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组孕妇临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P <0.05)。结论在二次剖宫产术产后出血治疗中采用马来酸麦角新碱联合快速康复外科模式效果显著,可以有效控制产后出血概率及出血量,促进产妇康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of ergometrine maleate combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical model on bleeding after second cesarean section. Methods 120 pregnant women who underwent a second cesarean section in the hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated with ergometrine maleate combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery. The control group was treated with oxytocin combined with rapid rehabilitation surgical mode,compared the postpartum bleeding situation and the total effective rate of treatment. Results The bleeding volume of maternal in the experimental group at 2 hours postpartum and 24 hours postpartum were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The using of ergometrine maleate combined with the rapid rehabilitation surgical model can effectively control the probability of postpartum hemorrhage and the amount of bleeding, and promote patient rehabilitation.
