摘要
目的探讨卡前列甲酯栓与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素对瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者产后出血的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月于本院行剖宫产的104例瘢痕子宫患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各52例。对照组应用卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素进行产后出血预防治疗,观察组则应用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素进行产后出血预防治疗。观察两组产后出血情况,并对比两组术后不良反应发生率。结果产后2h、24h,观察组患者阴道出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后24h,观察组头痛、寒战、面部潮红、恶心呕吐、腹泻等总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者中应用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素效果好于卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素,可减少产后出血量,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of carboprostol and carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage in patients with cesarean section of scar. Methods A total of 104 patients with scar uterus who underwent cesarean section from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases each. The control group was treated with carboprostol suppository combined with oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage prevention and treatment. The observation group was treated with carprostol tromethamine combined with oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage prevention and treatment. The postpartum hemorrhage in the two groups was observed and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results The vaginal bleeding volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 2 h and 24 h postpartum, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At 24 h postpartum, the total incidence of headache, chills, facial flushing, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea was low. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of carprostol tromethamine combined with oxytocin in patients with cesarean section of scar uterus is better than carprostol suppository combined with oxytocin, which can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and is safe.
