摘要
作为顺应新时代旅游需求的一种新型旅游方式,健康旅游未来的发展潜力不可估量。文章以1998-2018年间发表的中国健康旅游研究文献为基础,采用知识图谱法,对从中国学术期刊网络出版总库筛选的218篇有效文献,进行梳理、归纳、总结。研究结果表明:国内健康旅游研究发文数量经历了三个增长期,即缓慢增长时期、平稳增长时期、快速增长时期;健康旅游领域的研究机构和专家学者主要分布在比较发达的东部沿海地区;近年来健康旅游研究领域的热点和前沿主要聚焦于“养生旅游”“医疗旅游”“中医药健康旅游”等方面;我国目前健康旅游研究进程分为起步萌芽阶段、实践推广阶段、初步发展阶段3个阶段,并从健康旅游研究内容、研究方法、研究范围等3个方面对国内健康旅游的研究展开述评;最后从健康旅游理论体系、体制机制、学科体系、旅游人才培养机制等4个方面进行了展望,希望为后续研究提供可借鉴之处。
As a new type of tourism that meets the needs of tourism in the new era,the prospective development potential of health tourism is immeasurable.Based on the Chinese health tourism research literature published between 1998 and 2018,this article uses CiteSpace knowledge mapping to sort out,conclude and summarize 218 effective literatures selected from the China academic journal network publishing library.The study found that:according to the number of articles published,the study of domestic health tourism has undergone three growth periods,namely,period of slow growth,period of steady growth,period of rapid growth.;from the perspective of research institutions and experts,the research institutions,experts and scholars in the field of health tourism are mainly distributed in the more developed eastern coastal areas;From the perspective of research hotspots and frontiers,the hotspots and frontiers of health tourism research in recent years mainly concentrated on“health tourism”,“medical tourism”and“traditional Chinese medicine health tourism”;from the perspective of domestic health tourism research process,the domestic health tourism research process has experienced the infancy,practice and promotion stage and the initial stage of development.Besides,this study reviews the research on domestic health tourism in terms of research content,research methods and research scope.Finally,it makes an outlook into the theoretical system,system mechanism,subject system and tourism talent training mechanism in an attempt to provide reference for follow-up research.
