摘要
角药即三味药之间的系统配伍,基于中医基础理论,将彼此中药性味、七情、归经的异同转化为优势,以便于更好地指导临床方剂配伍,提高临床效率。而角药首现于《伤寒论》,并且广泛体现于张仲景提倡的八法中,其中在补法中,张仲景对角药的配伍范围甚广,配伍思维极为巧妙。角药,以三为要,秉承"一生二,二生三,三生万物"的道家思想[1],构成三味中药之间相互制约平衡的完整的圆运动,用圆运动理论阐释《伤寒论》补法中角药的运用规律,更有助于后代人理解张仲景关于角药配伍的思想过程,以便后人借鉴。
Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the systematic compatibility of three kinds of drug sis called the triangular drugs,taking the advantages of differences and similarities in four properties and five tastes,seven emotionsand meridian tropism,so as to better guide the compatibility of clinical prescription and improve clinical efficiency. And the name of triangular drugs was first used in Shanghan Lun and was embodied in the eight methods advocated by ZHANG Zhongjing. In tonic therapy,the compatibility range of the triangular drugs was very wide and ingenious. The triangular drugs,which had formed a situation of tripartite confrontation,are mutual horns and cannot be short of anyone. When the triangulardrugs connect with each other,they can be brought into a circle which constitutes a circular movement of which the three drugscan reveal their advantages,and balance each other. With the circular motion theory,it interprets the triangulardrugsof the tonic therapy on Shanghan Lun and helpsfuture generations to understand ZHANG Zhongjing about his drug compatibility thought and so that they can use it for reference.
