摘要
通过合金系统优化设计、组织结构设计、窄成分冶炼、精细化生产工艺控制,系统性地研究了耐海水腐蚀用钢板焊接性,同时采用实验室盐雾腐蚀、周期浸润腐蚀、全浸腐蚀等试验方法,对成品板材及其焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能进行深入研究。结果表明:所开发的耐海水腐蚀试验钢板力学性能均能达到船体结构用钢EH36要求,焊接接头的力学性能满足标准要求,耐腐蚀性能优异,腐蚀速率<1 mm/a。
The weldability of seawater corrosion resistant steel plate is systematically studied by alloy system optimization design,microstructure design,narrow composition melting,precise control of production process.The corrosion resistance of finish product and weld joint is investigated by using experimental methods of salt spray test,wet-dry cyclic corrosion test and total immersion test in laboratory.The results show that mechanical properties of the developed seawater resistant steel plate meet the requirements of EH36 hull plate,the mechanical properties of weld joint satisfy the standard requirements with excellent corrosion resistance and corrosion rate less than 1 mm/a.
