摘要
目的:探讨小儿热速清口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年6月我院收治的80例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予常规护理及辅助治疗并用阿奇霉素进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用小儿热速清口服液进行治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效、退热、咽痛消失、扁桃体恢复正常及脓点消失时间、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,退热、咽痛消失、扁桃体恢复正常及脓点消失时间均短于对照组,两组炎症因子水平均低于治疗前,且观察组更低,观察组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿热速清口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎可有效缩短临床症状消失时间,降低炎症因子水平,减少不良反应的发生,提高治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Xiaoer Resuqing oral solution combined with azithromycin in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods:80 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis admitted in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,adjuvant therapy and azithromycin,and observation group with additional Xiaoer Resuqing oral solution on that basis.The clinical efficacy,clearance time of fever,disappearance time of pharyngalgia,tonsil recovery time,disappearance time of pustule,expression levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The clearance time of fever,disappearance time of pharyngalgia,tonsil recovery time and disappearance time of pustule in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of inflammatory factors in in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and more reduction was found in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Resuqing oral solution combined with azithromycin in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children can accelerate the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,decrease the expression levels of inflammatory factors,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
