摘要
小儿急性上呼吸道感染是小儿时期最常见的一种疾病,临床以鼻、咽部局部炎症和全身症状为特征,主要病原体是病毒,西医并无理想抗病毒药物。作为中医儿科优势品种,中成药在本病的缩短病程、降低并发症等方面具有优势。分别从不同中医辨证分型方面,总结了针对以病毒感染为主的小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床常用中成药情况,以期进一步指导小儿急性上呼吸道感染中成药的临床应用。
Acute upper respiratory tract infection in children is the most common disease in childhood. It is characterized by local inflammation and systemic symptoms of the nose and throat. The main pathogen is virus, and there is no an ideal anti-viral drug. As a dominant species of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicine has the advantage of shortening the course and reducing complication. Based of the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical analysis type, this article summarizes Chinese patent medicine commonly used in clinic in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children, according to the main virus infection, and offer a further guidance for Chinese patent medicine in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children in clinic.
