摘要
对太原二青会水上运动中心终点塔钢结构的吊装及临时支撑胎架的卸载过程进行了模拟,通过对吊装的施工过程模拟来确定临时支撑卸载的先后顺序以及卸载后桁架的下挠度是否符合规范及设计要求。通过迈达斯有限元分析软件(MIDAS)的模拟计算结果与现场实测值进行比较,顶部钢桁架施工及临时支撑卸载后的变形均符合设计要求,卸载方案合理可行。研究结果为同类工程施工提供了一种模拟分析比较的新方法。
The hoisting of the steel structure of the terminal tower of the 2nd Youth Games of the Taiyuan Aquatic Center and the unloading process of the temporary supporting frame were simulated.The sequence of temporary support unloading and the lower deflection after unloading were determined by simulation of the hoisting construction process.The simulation results were used to determine whether they meet the specification and design requirements or not.The simulation results of MIDAS were compared with the measured values on site.The deformation of the top steel truss construction and temporary support unloading meets the design requirements,and the unloading scheme is reasonable and feasible.The research provides an improved simulation analysis and comparison method for similar construction.
