摘要
在大跨度结构施工过程中,大跨钢梁受力体系通常无法一次成型,在体系未成型前大跨钢结构需承受上部混凝土荷载、行车荷载等,故需要设置临时支撑体系完成受力体系过渡。文章依托深圳市岗厦北综合交通枢纽工程,研究中庭大跨钢结构竖向支撑设计与施工技术,并于支撑上设置伺服系统保证钢梁体系内力补偿及后期同步卸载,以解决大跨钢梁临时支撑支撑位内力不均衡及体系转换同步难的技术难题。
In the construction process of large-span structures,the load-bearing system of large-span steel beams often cannot be formed at once.Before the system is formed,the large-span steel structure needs to bear the upper concrete load,vehicle load,etc.,and temporary support systems need to be erected to complete the transition of the load-bearing system.This article is based on the Shenzhen Gangxia North Comprehensive Transportation Hub project,which studied the design and construction technology of vertical supports for large-span steel structures in atriums.A servo system is installed on the support to ensure internal force compensation and synchronous unloading of the steel beam system in the later stage,solving the technical problems of uneven internal force in the temporary support position of the large-span steel beams and difficulty in system transformation synchronization.
