摘要
目的了解新冠疫情期间护生心理弹性水平并提出对策。方法采用问卷调查法,应用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对107名护理学专业学生进行调查,根据调查结果提出对策分析。结果护生心理弹性水平总分为(67.32±10.39)分,心理弹性水平<60分的护生占比为25.23%,60~69分占比为26.17%,70~79分占比为38.32%,≥80分占比为10.28%。结论新冠疫情期间护生心理弹性处于一般水平。护理教育者应重视对护生心理状况的评估,制定相应的心理干预对策,提高其心理弹性水平,以促进心理健康。
Objective To describe the resilience level of nursing students during the epide-mic period of COVID-19,and to propose countermeasures on the basis of the results.Methods With the adoption of questionnaire,CD-RISC was adopted to 107 nursing students.Countermea-sures and analysis were proposed according to the results.Results The overall resilience score of students was(67.32±10.39).25.23%of the students scored less than 60 points in the investiga-tion,while 26.17%of them scored 60 to 69 points,and 38.32%scored among 70 to 79 points.10.28%of students scored over 80 points.Conclusion The resilience level of nursing students during the epidemic period of COVID-19 is among average.Nursing educators should attach great impor-tance to the assessment of the psychological status of nursing students,and make effective and fe-asible countermeasures to improve their resilience level so as to achieve psychological health.
