摘要
目的:提高抗病毒药物在新冠肺炎老年患者中应用的安全性、有效性和合理性。方法:通过文献调研,重点从药物剂型、用法用量、药物副作用、联合用药等内容进行分析总结。结果:针对老年患者,提供安全合理的用药建议。结论:新冠肺炎老年患者在使用抗病毒药物治过程应加强药学监护,确保老年人用药的安全性、合理性。
Objective:To improve the safety,effectiveness and rationality of antiviral drugs for elderly patients with Coronavirus Disease 2019.Methods:We mainly analyzed and summarized the drug dosage form,usage and dosage,drug side effects,drugs combination and other contents through literatures.Results:To provide safe and reasonable drug recommendations for elderly patients.Conclusions:Pharmaceutical care should be strengthened to ensure the safety and rationality of using antiviral drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with Coronavirus Disease 2019.
