摘要
鉴于港西开发区目前已经进入开发后期,砂体采出程度、含水及渗透率较高,常规二次开发在促进大幅度提高采收率的技术难度上越来越大。通过二次开发重构地下认识,重建井网结构,提出了二次开发应遵循的"二三结合"开发模式;并开展室内研究,进行了"二三结合"驱油体系及参数的优化等试验,确定了港西开发区复杂断块油藏"三高"油田"二三结合"最优驱油体系及工艺方案。2013年在港西二区与港西三区进行了"二三结合"先导试验,实施后港西二区提高采收率13.5%,港西三区日产油翻了4倍,预计方案提高采收率可达到17.7%。可见,依靠技术创新和开发方式的有效转换,能够有效提高老油田的采收率和经济效益,为老油田开发提供借鉴。
Gangxi Development Zone had entered the late stage of development,and the recovery degree,water content and permeability of sand body are high.It is more and more difficult to further improve the recovery ratio by a large margin through conventional secondary development.First of all,underground knowledge and well pattern structure were reconstructed through secondary development,and then the"two three combination"development mode that should be followed in secondary development was proposed.The laboratory experiments of the"two three combination"oil displacement system and its parameter optimization were carried out to determine the"two three combination"optimal oil displacement system and its technological plan of"three high"oil field in complex fault block reservoir of Gangxi development zone.In 2013,the pilot tests of"two and three combination"development mode were carried out in the second and third districts of Gangxi Development Zone.The EOR is 13.5%in the second district,and in the third district,the daily oil production had quadrupled,and the EOR is expected to reach 17.7%.It can be seen that relying on technological innovation and effective transformation of development mode,the goal of improving oil recovery and economic benefits of old oilfields can be achieved,which can provide reference for the development of old oilfields.
