地塞米松溶液联合无菌纱布湿敷治疗PICC置管后皮肤过敏的效果探讨 被引量:5

The Effect of Dexamethasone Solution Combined with Sterile Gauze Wet Compress on Skin Allergy after PICC Catheterization

摘要 目的探究地塞米松溶液联合无菌纱布湿敷治疗PICC置管后皮肤过敏的临床效果。方法该院2017年12月-2019年6月期间共有84例患者在PICC置管后发生皮肤过敏,将其作为研究对象并随机安排到两个小组中,研究组利用地塞米松溶液和无菌纱布湿敷为患者进行联合治疗,对照组利用常规疗法为患者进行治疗,评估所有患者的临床疗效和满意程度,并调查患者不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的显效率、总有效率、非常满意率和总满意率分别为42.86%、95.24%、54.76%和97.62%,对照组患者的显效率、总有效率、非常满意率和总满意率分别为26.19%、76.19%、23.81%和69.05%,前者显著优于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.190、10.940、8.420、9.770,P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率(7.14%)低于对照组患者不良反应发生率(19.05%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.970,P<0.05)。结论将地塞米松溶液联合无菌纱布湿敷应用于PICC置管后皮肤过敏的治疗当中,可有效缓解患者临床症状,效果显著,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexamethasone solution combined with sterile gauze wet compress on skin allergies after PICC catheterization. Methods A total of 84 patients developed skin allergies after PICC catheterization in the hospital from December 2017 to June 2019. The patients were randomly assigned to two groups. The study group used dexamethasone solution and sterile gauze wet compress was applied to patients for combined treatment, and the control group used conventional therapy to treat patients. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of all patients were evaluated, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients was investigated. Results The marked efficiency, total effective rate, very satisfied rate, and total satisfied rate of the study group were 42.86%,95.24%, 54.76%, and 97.62%, respectively. The marked rate, total effective rate, very satisfied rate, and total Satisfaction rates were 26.19%, 76.19%, 23.81%, and 69.05%, respectively. The former was significantly better than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.190, 10.940, 8.420, 9.770, P<0.05);patients in the study group The incidence of adverse reactions(7.14%) was lower than that of patients in the control group(19.05%), the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.970, P <0.05). Conclusion Applying dexamethasone solution and sterile gauze wet compress to the skin allergy treatment after PICC catheter placement can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with significant effects and is worthy of promotion.
