摘要
目的 探讨透明保护膜联合康惠尔水胶体敷料在肿瘤患者留置外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管( PICC)中的使用方法及其对过敏性皮炎的疗效.方法 选取肿瘤使用PICC导管治疗后出现皮肤过敏的患者60例.随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组患者若出现置管周围皮肤瘙痒、发红等情况则使用地塞米松软膏外涂后纱布包裹,观察组患者则使用透明保护膜联合康惠尔水胶体敷料.以患者舒适度、疗效评价为评价指标.结果 观察组患者无症状率为33.33% ,明显高于对照组患者( 10.00% ) ,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05).观察组患者有效率为100.00% ,明显高于对照组患者(86.67% ),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).无效患者中,1例出现过敏程度加重.两组有效患者均出现过敏症状已消除,但患者仍感觉瘙痒.结论 透明保护膜联合康惠尔水胶体敷料对肿瘤患者留置PICC后过敏性皮炎疗效确切,可明显缓解患者的不适.
Objective To explore the use of transparent protective film combined with conhuir hydrocolloid dressings in tumor patients retained peripheral venipuncture central venous catheterization ( PICC) and its effect on aller-gic dermatitis. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with skin hypersensitivity after the treatment of tumor with PICC catheter were selected. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases each. In the control group, if the skin around the catheter was itchy or red, use dexamethasone ointment and wrap it with gauze. Patients in the observation group were treated with transparent protective film combined with kanghuir hydrocolloid dressing. Patient comfort and curative effect evaluation were taken as evaluation indexes. Results The asymptomatic rate was 33.33% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (10.00% ), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effective rate was 100.00% in the obser-vation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.67% ), and the difference was statisti-cally significant ( P<0.05) . Among the invalid cases, 1 patient had increased allergy. Among the invalid patients, one had increased allergy. Both groups of effective patients showed relief of allergic symptoms, but the patients still felt pruritus. Conclusions The effect of transparent protective film combined with cornwell hydrocolloid dressings on the allergic dermatitis after the indwelling of PICC in tumor patients is definite, which can obviously alleviate the discomfort of the patients.
