摘要
食用菌产业是我国脱贫扶贫的特色产业之一。通过分析新乡县的现有扶贫状况,围绕食用菌栽培规模、品质的改善与优化,食用菌精细化管理改革三个方向提出精准扶贫政策下食用菌产业发展策略。
Edible fungi industry is one of the characteristic industries of poverty alleviation in our country.Based on the analysis of the existing poverty alleviation situation in Xinxiang county,the development strategy of edible fungi industry under the accurate poverty alleviation policy was put forward in the following three directions,such as the improvement and optimization of cultivation scale,the quality and the reform of fine management of edible fungi.
