摘要
目的:探讨高职男护生心理压力相关因素及应对策略。方法:于2019年9月-2020年1月选取本市某高等职业院校护理学专业2017-2019级在校高职男护生共93名。采用一般情况问卷、大学生学习倦怠量表、成人心理弹性量表、护生专业心理压力调查问卷及压力应付方式问卷对其心理压力相关因素进行调查,分析高职男护生心理压力相关因素及应对策略。结果:收回有效问卷86份,回收率92.47%。其中2017级25名,2018级26名,2019级35名。其中76名(88.37%)选择本专业的原因是由于高考成绩限制。高职男护生压力源总分为(50.22±18.79)分。高职男护生大学生学习倦怠量表中行为不当评分最高为(3.11±0.93)分。成人心理弹性量表中家庭凝聚力评分最高,为(5.96±1.16)分,组织风格评分最低,为(4.56±0.96)分。2017-2019级高职男护生解决问题评分比较,差异均有统计学有意义(P<0.05),其中2018级评分最高。结论:高职男护生普遍存在学习倦怠及较高心理压力,护理教育工作者应采取应对策略改善男护生心理状况。
Objective:To explore the psychological stress related factors of male nursing students in higher vocational colleges and coping strategies.Method:From September 2019 to January 2020,a total of 93 male nursing students of 2017-2019 were selected from a higher vocational college in our city,majoring in nursing.General situation questionnaire,college students’ learning burnout scale,adult mental resilience scale,nursing students’ professional psychological stress questionnaire and stress coping style questionnaire were used to investigate the related factors of psychological stress.The psychological stress related factors of male nursing students in higher vocational colleges and coping strategies were analyzed.Result:A total of 86 valid questionnaires were collected with the recovery rate of 92.47%.There were 25 in the grade 2017,26 in the grade 2018 and 35 in the grade 2019.Among them,76 (88.37%) chose their major because of the limitation of college entrance examination results.The total score of pressure source of male nursing students in higher vocational colleges was (50.22±18.79).The highest score of the learning burnout scale for male nursing students in higher vocational colleges was (3.11±0.93).In the adult resilience scale,the score of family cohesion (5.96±1.16) was the highest,and the score of organizational style (4.56±0.96) was the lowest.There was significant difference in the score of grade 2017-2019 higher vocational male nursing students’ problem-solving (P<0.05),among which the score of grade 2018 was the highest.Conclusion:Male nursing students in higher vocational colleges generally have learning burnout and high psychological pressure,nursing educators should adopt coping strategies to improve the psychological status of male nursing students.
