摘要
文章在借鉴国内外有关企业家精神测度的研究成果基础上,以企业为研究新视角,结合具体企业发展数据,构建了以创新能力、创业能力、财务能力、成长能力四个方面为研究维度的评价指标体系,以长江经济带27家上市企业为例,利用熵值法对样本企业的企业家精神进行综合评价测度。结果发现:创业能力和创新能力所占比重比较大,而成长能力和财务能力所占比重较小;在企业家精神综合评价结果中,大多数公司的企业家精神处于良好发展水平。
This paper uses for reference the research results of the measurement of entrepreneurship at home and abroad,takes enterprises as a new research perspective,and combines with specific enterprise development data to construct the evaluation index system with innovation ability,entrepreneurship ability,financial ability and growth ability as research dimensions.Finally,taking 27 listed enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as examples,the paper uses the entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the entrepreneurial spirit of the sample enterprises.The results showed that entrepreneurial ability and innovation ability account for a larger proportion,while growth ability and financial ability account for a smaller proportion,and that in the comprehensive evaluation results of entrepreneurship,most companies’entrepreneurial spirit is at a good development level.
