摘要
针对某市地铁3号线施工现场2种不同的土样,通过室内强度测试研究不同固化剂单独与混合添加时对这些废弃渣土固结物强度的影响。对于所添加的5种固化剂,其对废弃渣土固结物28d强度都有着随固化剂掺量增加而呈现出先增加后减小的变化趋势,都存在一个最佳掺量。对于黏质废弃渣土固结物,固化剂的影响程度依次排序为:硫酸钙>氢氧化钙>氧化钙>ZY-1>碳酸钙;而对于砂质废弃渣土固结物,固化剂影响程度依次排序为:氢氧化钙>硫酸钙>氧化钙>碳酸钙>ZY-1,这2类废弃渣土固化剂的最佳比是不相同的,砂质渣土固结物的强度(3.45 MPa)远远大于黏质渣土的(1.11 MPa)。
In this paper, the effects of different solidification agents on the strength of two different types of waste residue of some city Metro 3# line were studied by indoor strength test. The 28 d strength of the waste residues were increased with the increase of the content of the five solidification agents. There is an optimal amount of admixture for them. The degree of influence of the curing agent for clay waste residue is as follows: calcium sulfate, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide, ZY-1 and calcium carbonate. The degree of influence of the curing agent for sandy waste residue is as follows: calcium hydroxide, calcium sulfate, calcium oxide, calcium carbonate and ZY-1. Their optimum ratios for the waste resides were not same. The strength of sandy residue(3.45 MPa) was always higher than that of clay(1.11 MPa).
