摘要
本文通过论述中医对脓毒症病因病机及辨证认识,提出热毒既是其致病因素亦是病理产物,脓毒症各个时期皆有热及毒的参与,故使用清热解毒治法尤为重要。清热解毒法可应用于脓毒症的各个时期,其代表方剂凉膈散、清瘟败毒饮及黄连解毒汤均可应用于脓毒症的治疗,但治疗各有侧重。临证应精确辨证,以减轻脓毒症患者症状,改善预后。
This paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of sepsis in traditional Chinese medicine,and points out that heat and toxin is not only the pathogenic factor but also the pathological product. Sepsis has the participation of heat and toxin in every period,so it is very important to use Qingre Jiedu method in all stages of sepsis,and its representative prescriptions,such as Liangge San,Qingwen Baidu Decoction and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,can be used in the treatment of sepsis,but each has its own emphasis. In order to alleviate the symptoms and improve the prognosis of patients with sepsis,clinical syndrome differentiation should be accurate.
