摘要
采用有限元方法对采用不等壁厚设计的无加强U形波纹管轴向刚度进行了非线性分析,并进行了轴向刚度试验,将试验结果、有限元分析结果与推导出的工程经验刚度计算公式进行了对比,验证了有限元分析和工程公式的可应用性,为不等壁厚波纹管的设计开发提供了支持。
In this article,the axial stiffness of unequal thickness U shape bellow was analyzed by using finite element method and the test for validation was carried out.The results from the analysis and the test as well as the result from empirical equation derived from engineering experience were compared.It was concluded the results from finite element analysis and empirical equation were applicable,which supports the development and design of unequal thickness bellow.
