摘要
目的探索混合式教学在内科护理学课程中的实践及效果。方法2019年2月至7月将渭南职业技术学院五年制高职护理专业2015级4个班的学生,随机分为2组,针对本学期开设的内科护理学课程,对照组(n=82)采用传统授课法授课,试验组(n=78)部分课程内容采用混合式教学法,其余课程内容仍用传统授课法。对比两组学生成绩,并采用中文版自我导向学习能力量表以及自制满意度问卷调查试验组学生。结果试验组成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生自我导向学习能力较之前显著提高(P<0.05);89.61%的试验组学生满意混合式教学法。结论混合式教学用于内科护理学课程的教学效果良好,能够提高学生的学习成绩,提升学生对课程的满意度,有利于学生自我导向学习能力的逐步提高,为过程性评价提供了依据,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of blended learning in the course of Medical Nursing.Methods From February to July 2019,160 students from four classes of grade 2015 were divided into two groups randomly.The traditional teaching method was performed in control group(82 students in total)in all chapters of Medical Nursing.However,the blended learning was used in part of this course in experimental group(78 students in total).The results of the blended learning were assessed according to the scores of final exam and the questionnaire based on the Self-directed Learning Ability Scale(Chinese Version).Results The average score of the students in experimental group was higher than that in the control(P<0.05).The self-directed learning ability of the students in experimental group had been improved significantly(P<0.05).89.61%of the experimental students were satisfied with the blended learning method.Conclusions The effects of blended learning have positive results in the teaching of Medical Nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
