某抽水蓄能机组动水关闭球阀试验分析 被引量:2

摘要 对于水头较高的水电站,球阀是除导叶外第二套导通和截断水流的挡水设备,是防止导叶关闭故障引起机组事故扩大的最后一道保障。为检验某抽水蓄能机组球阀的动水关闭能力,进行球阀动水关闭试验,阐述了试验测点布置、试验方法及注意事项,对球阀振动、水流方向轴向位移、操作油压、球阀接力器开度及机组稳定性指标等试验数据进行分析。由试验数据可以看出,试验机组在发电额定负荷工况导叶开度保持不变的情况下球阀能可靠关闭,为后续新建抽水蓄能机组动水关闭球阀试验提供参考。 For hydropower plants with higher water head,spherical valve was the second water-retaining equipment of conducting and cutting off water flow besides guide vane,which was the last guarantee for preventing the expansion of accident caused by guide vane closing fault.In order to validate spherical valve dynamic closing ability of one pumped-storage power unit,spherical valve dynamic closing test was carried out.The arrangement of testing points,testing methods and matters needing attention were described.The test data such as vibration,axial displacement of flow direction,operating oil pressure,servomotor opening of spherical valve and stability index of the unit were analysed.It showed that spherical valve was able to close reliably under rated generation load conditions when guide vane opening keep still,which provide reference for spherical valve dynamic closing test of the subsequent construction pumped-storage power unit.
