摘要
球阀作为抽水蓄能电站机组的重要辅助设备,安装在压力钢管与蜗壳之间,是防止调速系统故障导致导叶无法关闭引发机组事故扩大的最后保障。为检验某高水头抽水蓄能电站球阀动水关闭能力,分别在空转、50%额定负荷、100%额定负荷工况下进行球阀动水关闭试验,对机组振摆、球阀振动、接力器油压、球阀前和蜗壳压力等参数指标进行测取分析。试验结果表明,试验球阀在导叶不关闭的情况下能够可靠关闭切断水流,球阀及相关设备未产生有害变形和损坏。
As one of the important auxiliary equipment of pumped storage power station,the ball valve is installed between the pressure steel tube and the volute to prevent the failure of the speed control system.It is the final guarantee that the guide vane cannot be closed leading to the expansion of the unit accident.To test the dynamic water-shutoff ability of a high head pumped storage power station ball valve,a dynamic water-shutoff test is conducted under idling condition,50%rated load and 100%rated load respectively.It measures and analyzes the parameters,such as vibration of the unit,vibration of the ball valve,oil pressure of the relay,pressure of the ball valve and volute.The test results show that the test ball valve can shut off the water flow reliably without closing the guide vane,and the ball valve and related equipment have no harmful deformation and damage.
