摘要
我国工业化进程得以不断推进,石油化工产业在这其中发挥着核心驱动作用。因此,化工产业在生产运营的过程中,必须以科学生产和绿色生产作为核心发展方向,充分利用HSE管理等先进的管理体系,对石油化工的管理模式进行全面的优化调整。基于此,以HSE管理体系为核心,阐述现阶段该管理体系在石油化工行业中的应用情况,并提出行之有效的完善方法,希望能推动我国石油化工行业的稳定发展。
China’s industrialization process has been continuously promoted,in which petrochemical industry plays a core driving role.Therefore,only in the process of production and operation,the chemical industry must take scientific production and green production as the core development direction,make full use of HSE management and other advanced management systems,and comprehensively optimize and adjust the management mode of petrochemical industry.Based on this,this paper will take HSE management system as the core,expound the application of this management system in the petrochemical industry at this stage,and put forward effective and perfect methods,hoping to promote the stable development of China’s petrochemical industry.
