摘要
目的分析丹红化瘀口服液联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的的临床效果。方法选择2016年2月-2019年2月在郑州大学附属郑州中心医院治疗的视网膜静脉阻塞患者105例,随机分成对照组(52例)和治疗组(53例)。对照组口服卵磷脂络合碘片,2片/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服丹红化瘀口服液,20 mL/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)和收缩峰值血流速度(PSV)水平及血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为75.00%,显著低于治疗组的94.34%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PI和RI水平明显降低(P<0.05),而EDV和PSV指标水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组PI、RI、EDV和PSV等指标改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ICAM-1、MCP-1、TNF-α指标均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红化瘀口服液联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗视网膜静脉阻塞,可改善眼部血液循环,临床疗效较好,安全可靠。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Danhong Huayu Oral Liquid combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of retinal vein occlusion.Methods Patients(105 cases)with retinal vein occlusion in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from February 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control(52 cases)and treatment(53 cases)groups.Patients in the control group were po administered with Iodized Lecithin Tablets,2 tablets/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danhong Huayu Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group,20 mL/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the level of PI,RI,EDV,PSV,ICAM-1,MCP-1,and TNF-αin two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the control group was 75.00%,which was significantly lower than 94.34%in the treatment group,and there were differences between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of PI and RI in two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the EDV and PSV level was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of PI,RI,EDV and PSV in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of ICAM-1,MCP-1 and TNF-αin two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong Huayu Oral Liquid combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of retinal vein occlusion can improve ocular blood circulation,which has good clinical efficacy,safety and reliability.
