摘要
目的探讨抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗对视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿患者黄斑中心凹无血管区(FAZ)的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2019年3月在我院接受治疗的患者35例。其中男17例,女18例,年龄54~69岁,平均(61.15±4.54)岁。病程11~86 d,平均(47.25±3.19)d。所有患者进行抗VEGF药物治疗,治疗前后记录患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、测量黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)和浅层视网膜毛细血管网FAZ面积;记录患者眼内炎、眼压高、玻璃体积血等并发症发生情况。结果患者治疗后,视力水平显著提高,治疗3个月后BCVA明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CMT厚度治疗后显著下降,黄斑水肿情况有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FAZ面积治疗前后无显著变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于RVO患者来说,抗VEGF治疗可提升视力,改善黄斑水肿,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of anti-VEGF therapy on foveal avascular zone(FAZ)in patients with retinal vein occlusion and macular edema.Methods A total of 35 patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2019 were selected as study subjects.There were 17 males and 18 females,aged from 54 to 69 years,with an average age of(61.15±4.54)years.The course of disease was 11~86 days,with an average course of(47.25±3.19)days.After all patients were admitted to the hospital,anti-VEGF drug treatment was prepared.Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),and superficial retinal capillary network FAZ were measured before and after treatment.Complications such as endophthalmitis,intraocular pressure,and vitreous hemorrhage were recorded.Results After treatment,the visual acuity level was significantly improved,and three months after the treatment,the BCVA was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CMT thickness was significantly decreased after treatment,and the macular edema situation was improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of FAZ area was not significantly changed after treatment,and it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions For patients with RVO,anti-VEGF treatment has significant effects on improving vision and macular edema.
