摘要 目的:设计医院人工智能传染病预警系统,为公立医疗机构高效跟踪、筛查和预测新发传染病提供有效的技术手段。方法:采用浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构,建立以医院为中心的人工智能传染病预警系统,运用大数据、人工智能等先进信息技术支撑疫情防控工作,将潜在新发传染病患者信息及可能出现的传染病信息实时、主动向医院相关职能部门、医学专家预警和展示。结果:人工智能传染病预警系统能够实时采集医院病历信息,融合患者的影像数据、检验数据、流行病史等信息,通过大数据和人工智能等技术进行数据分析和挖掘,实现医院信息化技术的专业优势,保障敏感数据安全,通过疫情信息可视化集中呈现的方式,实现应对新发传染病的统一调度。结论:设计的医院人工智能传染病预警系统,可解决传染病预警不及时、响应支撑依据不充分及信息传输慢等弊端,为疾病的科学防治、精准施策和便民服务提供有力支撑。 Objective:To design artificial intelligence(AI)early warning system for infectious diseases in hospital so as to provide effectively technical means for public medical institutions in efficient tracking,screening and predicting emerging infectious diseases.Methods:The AI early warning system which center was hospital was established,and big data,artificial intelligence and other advanced information techniques were applied to support prevention and control of pandemic.And information of patients of potentially emerging infectious disease and possible infectious diseases were real-timely and actively used to provide early warning and were displayed for relevant functional departments and medical experts of hospital.Results:This AI early warning system could real-timely collect information of medical records,and could integrate image data,testing data,epidemic disease history and other information.The data analysis and mining were implemented through big data,AI and other techniques so as to realize the professional advantages of hospital information techniques,and ensure the security of sensitive data.The unified dispatch of responding emerging infectious diseases was realized through the presentation of visualization and centralization for the information of pandemic.Conclusion:The designed AI early warning system for infectious diseases of hospital can solve series of disadvantages such as tardy early warning of infectious diseases,inadequate support basis for response,slow information transmission etc.,and it can provide strong support for scientific prevention and treatment,accurate policy implementation and convenient services for the people.
