摘要
合理合法地开发和利用档案资源,是档案工作的重点,也是有效实现档案资源价值的途径。本文以湖南科技学院档案馆为例,在分析新时代给地方高校档案资源开发带来新机遇的基础上,从创新档案资源开发理念、夯实档案资源开发基础、改进档案资源开发方式、提升档案开发人员素质四个方面,提出新时代地方高校档案资源开发的策略。
Reasonable and legal development and utilization of archives resources is the key point of archival work and the way to realize the value of archives resources effectively.Taking the archives of Hunan University of Science and Technology as an example,based on the analysis of the new opportunities brought by the new era to the development of local colleges and universities'archives resources,this paper puts forward the strategies for the development of local colleges and universities'archives resources in the new era from four aspects:innovating the concept of archives resources development,consolidating the foundation of archives resources development,improving the way of archives resources development,and improving the quality of archives developers.
