摘要
从对朱克俭教授肝癌学术思想的剖析、临证经验的总结及典型病案分析3个方面梳理朱教授治疗肝癌的经验特色。总结朱教授治疗肝癌立足于湿热瘀毒结聚、肝脾气血两伤的关键病机,治疗以解毒抗癌、消瘀散结、疏肝理脾为大法,以资临床借鉴。
This paper analyzes Professor ZHU Kejian′s experience in treating liver cancer from 3 aspects:the analysis of the academic thoughts of liver cancer, the summary of clinical experience and the analysis of typical medical records.It is concluded that Professor ZHU Kejian′s treatment of liver cancer is based on the accumulation of damp,heat, toxin, and the injury of liver, spleen, qi and blood.The treatment is the method of detoxifying and anticancer, dispersing the stagnated liver-energy and regulating spleen, which can be used for clinical references.
