摘要
目的:探讨针灸治疗颈椎病的临床疗效分析及机理。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年10月在我院接受治疗的108例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按就诊顺序单双号分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者进行常规的星状神经节阻滞治疗。观察组患者在对照组的基础上,加上针灸治疗方法。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗后证候评分,治疗前后的白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-6,IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果:观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后观察组患者的各项证候评分均显著低于对照组患者的各项证候评分,治疗后观察组患者的IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组患者的IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗颈椎病可疏通经络,抑制炎症反应,有效改善临床症状并提高治疗效,减轻患者痛苦,有助于提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on cervical spondylosis.Method:108 patients with cervical spondylosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and observation group according to the order of visiting.Patients in the control group were treated by routine stellate ganglion block.The patients in the observation group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.After treatment,the scores of each syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion can dredge channels and collaterals,inhibit inflammation reaction,effectively improve clinical symptoms and improve treatment effect,alleviate pain,and improve patients’quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
