摘要
设置后浇带是大体积混凝土温度控制和防裂的重要措施之一,但目前的规范并未对后浇带的间距给出统一明确的规定。以长江中下游平原河网地区软基上倒T形混凝土结构为研究对象,采用有限元法模拟了不同工况下施工期间混凝土的温度应力场,并进行敏感性分析,获得了底板和墩墙合理的后浇带间距,以期对类似结构后浇带设置间距提供参考。
Setting up post poured belt is one of the most important measures for temperature control and crack prevention of mass concrete.Current specifications have not given unified and clear rules on the spacing of post poured belt.Therefore,an inverted-T-shaped concrete structure on soft foundation in Changjiang(Yangtze)River delta region was taken as the research object.The temperature and stress field of concrete during construction under different conditions were simulated by finite element method,from which the spacing of post-casting belt for bottom plate and gate pier when poured in different seasons were obtained and recommended.The results provide a reference for the construction of such a mass concrete structure.
