摘要
目的:通过统计治疗类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)1000张处方用药,分析用药合理性。方法:选择2018年6月—2019年6月我院确诊并接受治疗的1000例类风湿性关节炎患者,对所开出的1000张处方进行统计分析,通过查阅相关医学文献、实用中西医结合诊断治疗学、中华医学会风湿病学分会-类风湿性关节炎诊断及治疗指南等方式判断处方的合理性。结果:治疗类风湿性关节炎的处方主要采用抗风湿类药(DMARDs)辅以非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)或糖皮质激素类药物均有医学文献根据,并有良好的询证医学证据级别。结论:通过对西药治疗RA1000张处方的分析,处方均符合治疗指南的推荐,超说明书用药有合理的用药依据,处方合理。
Objective:To analyze the rationality of medication by statistically treating 1000 prescription drugs for rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of 1000 patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 20 to June 2019 were selected.The 1000 prescriptions were statistically analyzed.The relevant medical literature and practical Chinese and Western medicine were combined.Diagnosis and treatment,Chinese Medical Association Rheumatology Branch-Rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis and treatment guidelines and other methods to determine the rationality of the prescription.Results:The prescriptions for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis mainly use anti-rheumatic drugs(DMARDs)supplemented with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)or glucocorticoids,which are based on medical literature and have a good level of medical evidence.Conclusion:Through the analysis of Western medicine for the treatment of RA1000 prescriptions,the prescriptions are in line with the recommendation of the treatment guidelines.The over-instruction medication has a reasonable medication basis and the prescription is reasonable.
