摘要
为促进黄陵一号煤矿顺利实现智能化矿山建设,详细制定了黄陵一号煤矿数字化矿山建设策略并实践。首先陕西陕煤黄陵矿业公司一号煤矿在2008年度启动数字化矿山建设,在第一期建设方面首先以搭建数据传输平台为基础,形成调度、监控、辅助系统的汇接与集管理为基本目标的建设愿景;接着在2014年对一期建设进行了升级完善,该阶段以达到数据传输流畅稳定,生产设备的集中控制常态化为建设目标,健全各类监控数据采集通道;2018年又通过建设安全信息共享平台,实现各类生产数据的统一管理。通过分析和实践,为下一步黄陵矿业公司实现智慧矿山奠定了基础,并阐述了一号煤矿实现智能化矿山的建设思路。
In order to promote the intelligent mine construction of Huangling No.1 mine,the digital mine construction of Huangling No.1 mine was carried out in stages.From 2008,digital mine construction was started in Huangling No.1 coal mine,and the basic goal of integrating dispatching,monitoring and auxiliary systems was achieved by building the data transmission platform.From 2014,through upgrading the early stage construction project and improving various monitoring data collection channels,the construction goal of stable data transmission and normalization of centralized control of production equipment was finished.Since 2018,through the construction of security information sharing platform,the unified management of various production data was realized.Through practice,it laid a foundation for Huangling mining company to realize intelligent mine in the next step,and elaborated the idea of building intelligent mine in No.1 coal mine.
