HVDC换相失败时受端电网的电压与频率联合控制策略 被引量:24

摘要 文中研究了直流换相失败时,HVDC受端电网的电压与频率联合控制策略。直流换相失败会引发直流功率的短暂中断,导致受端电网交流电压与频率的大幅波动。因此,亟需快速的有功与无功支撑。本文提出了一种调相机-储能联合系统的控制策略,通过设置合理的控制参数来实现协调性。该策略能快速提供大量的有功无功,减小电压与频率的跌落,加速直流输电系统发生换相失败故障后的恢复过程。仿真结果表明该策略能实现有功无功输出目标在储能和调相机之间的合理分配,减小直流换相失败对受端电网的冲击。 Voltage and frequency support after commutation failure at receiving end of HVDC transmission system is studied in this paper.Commutation failures can cause temporary interruption of transmitted power,resulting in severe voltage and frequency deviation.In view of this,quick active and reactive power support is needed.To do this,a coordinated control strategy for combined system of synchronous condenser and energy storage is proposed and the coordination is achieved by setting reasonable control parameters.This strategy aims to provide fast substantive active and reactive power support,reducing the voltage nadir as well as speeding up the process of system recovery.The control strategy is tested through simulations and the results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
