摘要
目的:对亚急性甲状腺炎患者予以泼尼松联合雷公藤多苷治疗,并对其临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法:选择在我院接受治疗的56例亚急性甲状腺炎患者作为临床观察对象,将其随机分组,参照组患者进行口服泼尼松治疗,实验组患者进行泼尼松联合雷公藤多苷治疗,比较两组患者的复发率、临床症状改善时间、治疗有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组患者复发率与参照组比较明显更低,P<0.05;实验组患者血沉恢复时间、甲状腺缩小时间、退热时间与参照组比较均明显更短,P<0.05;实验组患者治疗总有效率与参照组比较明显更高,P<0.05;两组患者不良反应发生率并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:在亚急性甲状腺炎患者治疗中予以泼尼松和雷公藤多苷联合治疗,一方面可以有效缩短患者临床症状改善时间,另一方面还可以减少疾病复发,且安全性较高,疗效较好。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of prednisone combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis. Methods: 56 patients with subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the reference group were treated with prednisone orally, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with prednisone combined with Tripterygium glycoside. The recurrence rate, clinical symptom improvement time, effective rate of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of erythrocyte sedimentation rate, the reduction time of thyroid gland and the antipyretic time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the two groups occurred. There was no significant difference in the rate(P>0.05). Conclusion: Prednisone combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis can effectively shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms of patients, on the other hand, it can also reduce the recurrence of disease, with high safety and good curative effect.
