摘要
为了将元器件等位置精准地粘贴在印制板或工件表面,对实施粘贴的点胶机构建了基于机器视觉的全自动三轴运动检测控制系统,它由视觉相机获取工件的图像信息,通过视觉软件对图像预处理,再使用弦端点法获取工件的中心点坐标。提出了视觉检测系统倍率及偏移量标定的定点法,从而实现了图像坐标到物理坐标的转化,进而通过运动控制器控制三轴平台运动。本系统实现了三轴联动点胶功能,经反复试验,统计验证,重复定位精度为0.03mm,达到了工业生产要求。
In order to place the parts and components accurately on the printed board or workpiece surface,a fully automatic three axis motion detection and control system based on machine vision is built. Image preprocessing can be conducted in visual software since image is acquired by visual camera,and then the coordinates of the center points of the workpiece can be obtained by chord endpoint. A fixed-point method for calibration of magnification and offset of visual inspection system is put forward,which realizes the transformation of image coordinate to physical coordinate,to control the movement of three axis platform by motion controller. The system realizes the function of three axis glue dispensing. After repeated tests and statistical verification,the repeated positioning accuracy is 0.03 mm,which meets the requirements of industrial production.
