摘要 胜利油田陈373区块蒸汽吞吐效果差,为提高生产效果,需转换开发方式,探索化学剂吞吐、CO2吞吐、复合吞吐等开发方式的可行性,以陈373块稠油为研究对象进行了室内实验,分析了CO2、N2在稠油中的溶解度和化学剂、气体及其复合对稠油性质的影响.实验结果表明,水溶性自扩散降粘体系可以较大幅度的降低原油粘度和油水界面张力,质量浓度为1%时可使油水界面张力降低到低界面张力范围,使原油粘度降低94.39%;CO2、N2在一定温度和压力条件下可大量溶入陈373区块原油中,溶解度越大,原油降粘效果越好,原油体积系数增加;气体与化学剂溶液复合对原油有良好的协同降粘作用.因此,化学剂、气体及其复合对陈373块原油有良好的作用效果,实行化学剂吞吐、二氧化碳吞吐、复合吞吐等有利于提高陈373区块稠油开发效果. The effect of steam stimulation is poor for Chen 373 in Shengli oilfield. In order to improve production efficiency, development approach is changed. The feasibility of The chemical soaking,CO2 soaking and compound soaking is studied. Laboratory test was con- ducted to analyze the effects of chemicals, carbon dioxide and nitrogen on the heavy oil of Chen 373. The experiment results show that the chemical can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil significantly and the interracial tension of oil-water. The interfacial tension of oil-water is reduced to the range of low interfacial tension and the viscosity of oil is reduced by 94.39% early as the solution gas-oil ratio increases. Solubility of CO2 in heavy oil is higher than N2 at the same temperature and pressure condition,which causes the viscosity reduction of CO2 is better than N2. Therefore the chemical and gas have good effects on heavy oil in chen373 block. It should be possible to implement chemical soaking,CO2 soaking and compound soa- king in the block.
