摘要
目的探讨食品增稠剂对老年吞咽障碍患者肺炎发生率和生活质量的影响。方法选取战略支援部队特色医学中心2016年3月~2018年12月干部门诊及住院的49例轻中度老年吞咽障碍患者,随机数表法分为2组,其中对照组24例,在常规吞咽功能训练及饮食指导基础上进食常规食物;试验组25例,在对照组处置基础上用食品增稠剂按照患者吞咽功能调配食物质地,观察12周后两组患者肺炎发生率及生活质量情况。结果试验组吸入性肺炎发生率为12.0%,低于对照组的37.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量有改善,而对照组生活质量评分下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论对吞咽障碍患者使用食品增稠剂干预饮食,可明显减少误吸,降低吸入性肺炎发生率,并明显提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of food thickening agent on the incidence of pneumonia and life quality in dysphagia patients.Methods 49 patients of our department with mild to moderate dysphagia from March 2016 to December 2018 were divided randomly into two groups.24 patients in the control group were given regular foods on the basis of routine swallowing function training and conventional dietary nursing.25 patients in the experimental group were given foods formulated with food thickening agent.Compared the incidence of pneumonia and life quality in the two groups after 12 weeks.Results The rate of pneumonia in the xperimental group was 12.0%,which is significantly lower than that of the control group which was 37.5%(P<0.05).The experimental group also enjoyed a better life quality compared with the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Treating dysphagia patients with thickening agents assists their ability to swallow,decreases the incidence of pneumonia and improves life quality.
