摘要
基于对山东三县农村调研,提出新冠肺炎疫情对农业农村经济的影响呈明显行业和类型差异。即对村庄消费和生活性服务业冲击严重,对村庄制造业和外出务工的影响日趋凸显;规模化蔬菜水果种植卖难严重,买难问题也日趋凸显;家禽养殖业遭遇重创,肉鸡行业首当其冲;生猪等家畜养殖业总体影响较轻,肉鸡屠宰行业受益;当前春耕春种农资供应有压力,但后续影响和对种养大户的影响更应引起重视。应对疫情的冲击影响,应注意分类、精准施策;应聚焦重点,强化应对措施的针对性和有效性。
Based on the investigation of rural areas in three counties of Shandong Province,it was proposed that the influence of the epidemic situation of COVID-19 on agriculture and rural economypresented obvious industries and type differences.The impacts on the village consumption and living services industries were significant;the impacts on the village manufacturing industry and migrant workers were increasingly prominent;large-scale vegetable and fruit planting and marketing met difficulties,and the problem of buying was increasingly prominent;the poultry industry had been hit hard and the broiler industry had borne the brunt;the overall impact of pig and other livestock industrieswas relatively light,and broiler slaughtering industry benefited;at present,there was pressure on the supply of spring farming,but the subsequent influence and the influence on the large farmers should be paid more attention.To deal with the impact of the epidemic situation,more attention should be paid on classification and accurate measures,the focus should be focused on,and the pertinence and effectiveness of response measures should be strengthened.
