沱江流域畜禽养殖污染物排放强度及环境风险 被引量:4

Pollutants Defecating Intensity of Livestock and Poultry and Environmental Risk in the Tuojiang River Basin

摘要 运用系数法估算沱江流域各区(县、市)2017年的畜禽粪尿及污染物排放量和排放强度,根据耕地理论养殖污染物承载能力分析了环境污染风险等级.研究结果显示:2017年沱江流域畜禽粪尿排放量分别为2990.86×104 t、1961.79×104 t;污染物COD、NH3-H、TN、TP排放量分别为126.71×104 t、115.57×104 t、29.08×104 t、11.55×104 t;亿元GDP猪粪当量排放量呈现出由上游向下游递降散乱分布的特点,万人猪粪当量排放量呈现出“中间高-两端低”的特点,单位耕地面积猪粪当量排放量呈现出由上游向下游递降的“大分散-小聚集”特点.环境风险值为1.01,风险等级为IV级,除荣县、贡井区和富顺县之外,其余区县(市)均处于不同的污染风险等级,风险等级达到IV级的共计16个区(县、市),且主要集中在中上游地区. The coefficient method was used to estimate the defecation volume and intensity of livestock and poultry feces and pollutants in each district(county or prefecture-level city)of the Tuojiang river basin in 2017,and the environmental pollution risk level was analyzed in contrast with the theoretical carrying capacity of pollutants in cultivated land.The results showed that in 2017,the discharge of livestock and poultry feces and urine in the Tuojiang river basin was 29.9086 million tons and 19.679 million tons,respectively.The discharge of pollutants of COD,NH3,TN and TP was 1.2671 million tons,1.1557 million tons,298,800 tons and 11,500 tons.Equivalent emissions of 100 million yuan of GDP showed a descending and scattered distribution from the upstream to the downstream;the equivalent emissions of 10 thousand people showed a“high in the middle-low at both ends”feature,and the equivalent emissions of pig manure per unit of arable land showed a descending“large dispersion-small aggregation”trend from the upstream to the downstream.The environmental risk value is 1.01 and the risk level is IV.Except for the Rong county,Gongjing district and Fushun county,all the other districts and counties(cities)are at a different pollution risk level.A total of 16 districts and counties(cities)with a risk level of IV are found mainly in the middle and upper reaches.
