摘要
2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)导致的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)传染性极强,对全球公众健康构成了巨大威胁,引起世界各国极大关注。面对这场突如其来的重大公共卫生事件,中国医学界反应迅速,率先发现其基因序列,并提供给国际化数据共享,为诊断治疗奠定了基础。目前,全球的科研人员已获得多个2019-nCoV基因组序列,并进行了多项相关研究。本文简要综述2019-nCoV的特征、系统进化及致病机制,介绍其实验室诊断技术、疫苗及药物的相关最新研究进展,以期为战胜新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情奠定基础。
Since December 2019, corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) caused by novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) is extremely contagious, which poses a great threat to global public health and attracts great attention from countries all over the world.In the face of this sudden major public health event, the Chinese medical community responded quickly, takingthe lead in discovering its gene sequence and providing international data sharing, laying the foundation for diagnosis and treatment.At present, researchers around the world have obtained a number of 2019-nCoV genome sequences and conducted a number of related studies.This article briefly summarizes the characteristics, phylogenetic evolution, and pathogenic mechanisms of 2019-nCoV, and introduces the latest research progress of its laboratory diagnostic techniques, vaccines and drugs, in order to lay a foundation for overcoming the epidemic situation of COVID-19.
