摘要
为了了解江西三和金业难处理金矿氧化渣的氧化程度,通过化学分析、X射线衍射、激光粒度分析、光学显微镜和能谱分析等多种手段,对该氧化渣的化学组成、矿物组成,元素赋存状态及矿物间的堪布特征等工艺矿物学因素进行了研究.结果表明:氧化渣中金矿物与黄铁矿的连生体为包裹状连生体,金矿物与非金属矿物连生体中4.17%为包裹状连生体,包裹状连生体总含量为4.85%,是影响浸出率的重要原因.
In order to understand the oxidation degree of the refractory gold oxide slag in Sanhe gold industry,Jiangxi Province,the chemical composition,mineral composition,occurrence state of element and dissemination relationship of inter-mineral were studied by chemical analysis,XRD,laser particle size analysis,optical microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the intergrowth of gold mineral and pyrite in the oxidation slag is inclusion intergrowth,4.17%of the intergrowth of gold mineral and nonmetallic mineral are inclusions.The total gold content of inclusions is 4.85%,which is an important reason for affecting the leaching rate.
