摘要
目的:了解国内中药材羌活的研究进展。方法:采用文献计量学方法,对CNKI数据库1954-2018年羌活的研究文献进行统计,运用CiteSpace V软件进行知识图谱分析,梳理羌活的研究现状、存在问题及研究方向。结果:近10年来羌活的研究文献数量不断增加,研究的深度和广度有所加强,大多数研究集中在化学成分、药理药效和质量评价等方面;资源和栽培技术方面的研究近几年有所加强;相关研究机构主要分布在西南、西北和华北地区;参与羌活研究的工作者主要来自科研院所和大专院校;国家级项目资金资助文献91篇,占55.82%,核心期刊收录文献296篇,占31.39%。结论:羌活处于持续性研究中,近年来在化学成分、数据分析以及药材资源等方面研究有不同程度的拓展。今后应加强羌活生物学和生态学特性、资源再生技术、种苗繁育、开发利用等方面的研究,以实现资源持续供应及产业繁荣发展的目标。
Objective: To understand the research progress of the Chinese medicinal medicine Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix). Methods: Using the bibliometrics method, this paper makes statistics on the research literature of Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) CNKI database from 1954 to 2018, uses CiteSpace V software to analyze the knowledge map, and reviews the research status, existing problems and research direction of Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix). Results: The number of research literature in Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) has been increasing in the past ten years;The depth and breadth of research have been strengthened, and most of the research has focused on chemical composition, pharmacological efficacy and quality evaluation;The research on resources and cultivation techniques has been strengthened in recent years. The relevant research institutions are mainly distributed in southwest, northwest and north China, and most of the working persons involved in Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) research come from scientific research institutes and tertiary institutions. There are 91 literatures funded by state-level projects, accounting for55.82%, and 296 papers included in core journals, accounting for 31.39%. Conclusion: Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) is in the continuous study and the chemical composition, data analysis and medicinal materials resources and other aspects of research has been expanded to varying degrees in recent years. In the future,the research on biology and ecological characteristics, resource regeneration technology, seedling breeding, development and utilization of Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) should also be strengthened in order to achieve the goal of sustainable supply of resources and industrial prosperity.
