摘要
为贯彻落实地方院校更好的服务于地方经济,为健全转型背景下地方院校的人才培养机制,为地方院校的人才培养提供理论基础,本文以生物技术专业为例,提出从基础实验课的编排、实习课的统筹以及实验、实习、毕业论文/设计和学生就业的有机结合三个方面对转型背景下地方院校应用型人才培养的实践教学体系进行改革或创新,以提高学生的动手能力和创新能力,针对性的为企业培养实用型人才,提高学生的培养质量和就业率,真正实现地方院校服务地方经济的办学目标。
In order to carry out the local colleges and universities to better serve the local economy,to improve the mechanism of the talents training under the transformation background of local colleges and universities,to provide theoretical basis for talents training of local colleges and universities,biotechnology major as an example,put forward some reform or innovation from the arrangement of basic experiment,the coordination of the practice course,and the combination of experiment,practice,graduation thesis/design and student employment.So as to improve the students'practical ability and innovative ability,cultivate excellent talents for the enterprise,to improve the quality of the cultivation of the students and employment,to truly realize the teaching purpose of local colleges and universities serving local economy.
