摘要
沿空留巷在解决煤柱、瓦斯和采掘接替等诸多方面有明显优势,以寨崖底矿3#煤层120308工作面为工程背景,从工作面上覆岩层活动规律着手,通过分析研究其应力集中规律,工作面沿空留巷上覆岩层的位移变形规律,结合地质资料建立数值力学模型,模拟受采动影响时充填体的变形规律,提出了巷旁充填体的支护技术与支护参数以及巷道补强支护技术与支护参数。同时,根据矿压观测结果分析沿空留巷巷旁充填体的变形规律,论证沿空留巷所采用的高水充填材料不但在技术上可行,且经济效益显著。
Retaining roadway along goaf has obvious advantages in resolving coal pillar,gas and mining substitution,etc. Based on the engineering background of No.3 coal seam 120308 panel face in Zhaiyadi coal mine,force on the activity law of overburden strata on working face,the law of stress concentration,displacement and deformation of overburden strata along goaf retaining roadway in working face are analyzed and studied,and a numerical mechanics model is established to simulate mining combined with geological data. The deformation law of filling body under dynamic influence is presented. The supporting technology and supporting parameters of filling body beside roadway as well as the supporting technology and supporting parameters of roadway reinforcement are put forward. At the same time,according to the observation results of rock pressure, the deformation law of filling body beside gob-side retaining roadway is analyzed,and it is proved that the high water filling material used in gob-side retaining roadway is not only technically feasible, but also has remarkable economic benefits.
